I'm now on the Warren Wilson crew team... fuck yes, I love it.
Monday: spinning class at the Y at 6 am.
Tuesday: 4:30 dry land in the WWC gym
Wednesday: 4:30 out to Lake Julian to row.
Thursday: 4:30 dry land in the WWC gym
Friday: day off
Saturday: Lake Julian to row at 10:30 am.
Sunday: Lake Julian to row at 7 am.
it's a lot, but it fucking rocks.
