Let's see if I can keep this one...
Last night The GC and I finding that there was nothing appealing in the cinema went to the National Gallery to an exhibit of 19th and early 20th century Finnish art. It was very good, but then we seem pre-disposed to like anything Finnish don't we? Really enjoyed it, to the extent that I bought the moderately priced exhibition catalogue, well moderately priced for exhibition catalogues.
This brings to 5 the number of coffee table books I've bougth myself in the last few years, this does not include ones I've boguht for The GC or that I have urged The GC to buy for himself.
I hearby publicise my resolve not to buy anymore coffee table books* until I actually possess a coffee table and somewhere to put it where you lovely people can peruse the books when you are visiting us.
Also Paula has suggested the dates they are coming to visit for around the wedding. Hurrah!
