Honoring the Past
I believe we were visited by the ghost of Warwick Brown on "CSI" tonight.
I like when a show does that--acknowledges and pays homage to its past, but in a way that isn't confusing or off-putting to any new(er) viewers it might have. I think it was particularly appropriate for "CSI" this season as they've had a lot of turnover in the cast over the years. (Some stability also.) I happen to think the newest additions have re-invigorated the show, but it was nice to remember it has roots.
