another semester but a whole new approach
there's something unequivocally refreshing about going to the first days of class. you have possibilities for achievement. the homework hasn't crept up behind you and methodically chewed out your brain cells yet. here's the list:
creative writing: non-fiction
dickens seminar
campus ecology
ballet I
this should be the easiest semester schedule-wise. i'm a little daunted by the 400 pages of tiny-print dickens. i'm even more uneasy about the frequent journaling in both creative writing and campus ecology. some of the kids in my ballet class look like they actually know what they're doing *ahem, kate* but overall, i love every class and professor. and i couldn't be more excited for the books we're reading in campus ecology and for the writing i'm going to need to make myself do. learning is neat.
had an interview for the youth and family ministries position at church. they interviewed the other candidate last night so i think i should find out fairly soon. if i don't get this job then it's hello big-city-livin'.
