Eiji,
I did try to warn you that they are slightly different when we are not playing tennis. Or there is no sign of tennis about to be played. I do hope they didn’t scare you off. As it is Shishido is running laps today for those comments he made. But I do hope you had fun. It’s been awhile since we were all out together. Even Hiyoshi said he enjoyed having you with us. That’s a lot from him so you definitely made an impression. I think he even smiled.
Your mother was very nice, as was the rest of your family. I didn’t know there were so many of you. Now I know where you get your upbeat attitude from and also your stubbornness. Yes you are stubborn. Stop pouting Eiji or I will have to kiss you again since that seems to the easiest way to get you to stop.
I hope you don’t mind we didn’t join them for the latter part of the evening…I think you enjoyed the movie just as much as you would have the karaoke. No I don’t mean anything by that.
And I maintain as well that there is no such thing as a surprise that shouldn’t be a surprise. All surprises should be left to be surprises. And snooping through my book bag while I tutor you won’t give you hints. I am onto you. Remember that.
Do come over tonight. I will have a driver pick you up. Since you do have a test coming up soon and I wouldn’t want you to do badly on that. Not that I want to see if bribing you with kisses won’t work.
