A few days ago, I asked for rec's for couples I could root for, but I blew most of your suggestions off as I didn't think I could root for any of them.
But the very lovely sugarpromises rec'd Bones and I didn't think much of it as I've caught a few episodes here and there, but was never really into it.
Well I am now.
In the past week, I have watched all 5 seasons and caught up on the current season (I start my new job next week, mmmkay?) and yeah, I am in love. And there's a whole lot to love.
I love love love Brennan. I feel like I really get her and her motives and the way she lives her life. She's amazing. Her friendship with Angela just kills me - I almost don't understand how they work as friends, but they are perfect for one another.
And there's Angela and Hodgins. Those two. I had a squeal-fest at their swingset first date. It was pretty much the cutest thing I have ever seen. Seeing them now, married with a baby on the way is just too adorable for words.
But of course, my sad shipper heart belongs to Booth and Brennan. I don't even know what to say about them but they belong together. I really do believe that. And I really need for them to get a chance to be with one another.
Okay. Enough rambling. But thank you, sugarpromises, for making me waste a substantial amount of time falling in love with this show.
