(no subject)
So I'm home. I have three days to finish the paper from hell, and then I'll actually be done. Getting through the 4 finals feels terrific, and I actually feel better about the paper now that it's the only thing on my plate and I'm time pressured to finish it. The organization of the paper clicked tonight in the car on the way here. Doesn't mean that it won't fall to pieces as I actually work on the damned thing, but I have something that will work better than it did before, I think. I also was silly/smart enough to buy a cheap digital recorder before getting in the car for the 6 hour drive to Spokane, so that as I thought about things, I could record them. Helpful, believe it or not. Yet another digital toy to add the the laptop, PDA, and cell phone that I carry around, and I'm planning on getting an ipod as well. And I'm not even the biggest techo-geek that I know. Yikes. I hope you are all enjoying your carefree breaks, and I'll be carefree as of Tuesday.
