I made this entry public because everyone needs to read the following link. Before you click on it you need to know it is fairly graphic. You were warned. But it is 100% and in all ways correct.

Circumcision is a subject that invokes much emotion in me, as it should for every human being. Cruelty to children needs to be stopped. As far as I am concerned any informed person who supports circumcision hates children and wishes to cause them pain. The reason this subject invokes so much to me is that it is publicly sponsored torture and mutilation.

But on a lighter (or possibly more serious - you decide) note I found in the same community some very disturbing things.

Pay particular attention to the Creation Science Fun Facts. Professor Giraffenstein is all over it. I found this link there. And this one claiming that the Tyrranosaurus Rex was a plant eater to support that last one! What amuses me is that Creationists refer to supporters of evolutionary theory as "Evolutionists" as if it were a religion relying upon faith instead of a theory based on hard science and evidence. What a lot of people forget is that evolution has already been proven. We just have to get the particulars. It's like knowing that your car works but damned if you know what route it took to get where it was before you bought it.
Gravity works whether you believe in it or not.
There is just too much crunchy ridiculousness on this site. You must digest it fully so you can see just how some of these people actually think. Among the other "fun facts" on this site is that atheists are likely to "lash out at children".
