i don't understand our boyfriends. not just my own, all of my friends. we are so willing to do anything for them, and go out of our way to do things they enjoy. we sit through movies we're not interested in, sit at parties where we don't feel comfortable, go out to wherever because we know that would make them happy, but when we ask to see a girlie movie, or go somewhere wiht OUR friends, or go out to where we want, and our friends parties, why are they so stubborn and against it? why does everything that we want have to be so unheard of sometimes. it seems like its not a balance, we seem to budge and budge until we loose the tug o war game and fall into the mud. but why do we allow ourselves to do that? is it love, compromise, fear of being alone, and why don't our partners share these qualities and do the same for us thoes times? it really just doens't make sense to me.
