In California I:
-dipped in the Pacific
-picked and ate fresh vegetables
-toured the bike paths and trees and coffee of U.C. Berkeley
-ate so much fresh local produce that I am on peach withdrawal
-drank a lot of great wine
-realized that Northern California guys really do wear mid-calf white socks
-drank in a really great dive bar called The Windjammer
-rode the 6th oldest roller coaster in the world
-saw some otters
-walked up/down a lot of hills
-shopped a lot
-started to figure out my life
-felt really at home
-wore a lot of sweatshirts
-drank local champagne in a hot tub a few nights in a row
-gambled for the first time
-spent too much time in airports
-read the paper every morning
-acted really creepy towards little kids
-didn't watch any t.v.
