VERONICA MARS!! LOST!!
So, last night was the premiere of Veronica Mars, and I was not disappointed. Also last night was the second episode of Lost. Very good, I think this season will be very good. I also wanted to post my thoughts of the summer finale of Battlestar Galactica, but I'll do that later as I had everything typed up last night and it was erased because I didn't know what the hell I was doing. So now I'm a little angry about that.
Lost thoughts later
First of all, I have to say that I don't think she really hoping it was Logan at the door. When he turned around to look at her, she was surprised. In the shadows though, it looked like it was Duncan, so I think we can safely assumed that she wanted it to be him. I was surprised though that she ended up dating them both over the summer. As much as I loved the thought of Veronica/Logan, I think she did the right thing by breaking up with him. I actually didn't like Logan very much in this episode and that leaves me to wonder if that was done intentionally.
I was really surprised by the bus crash at the end, although I expected Duncan to be a little more upset since he thought that Veronica was on the bus, but nevermind. And what was with Logan's "I'm going to miss you," to Veronica before she got on the bus. That really puzzled me, hadn't they been broken up for a while? And after reading The Watercooler on TVGuide.com, it came to mind that maybe Logan had a hand in what happened. I don't want it to be true, but possibilities are endless.
Ah, Cordelia. She looked good in that bikini didn't she? It's good to see her back, but I wanted to see more of her. And why are Dick and Beaver in the opening credits? Oh, and why are they all of a sudden best buddies with Duncan when they were best buddies with Logan? What was up with that?
I think Weevil won me back when he gave the ride to Veronica. I really like them as friends and I hope that continues.
I give this episode 9/10, just because I don't think I will ever like an episode as much as the first season finales, and if I do, that will be an amazing episode.
