summerrrr
so summer has been going pretty ok. i haven't been working as much as i would like but i'm making it. i'm glad i didn't work much last week bc heather was here and it was the week before rachel left so we did lots of fun stuff. nicole and i both mentioned that we both almost wished we would have gone home for the summer. i think it's bc we just had the summer so hyped up and it's just not living up to that. people and situations have let us down. oh well. i feel like this summer will help make me more independent.. i feel like i am kind of an dependent person. i don't like doing things on my own that often.
today has been a particularly productive day. i woke up. showered. cleaned up the bathroom (living with a boy that works in construction makes it dirty), then i went to the bank and the post office, then i came home and washed dishes and tidyed up the kitchen a little, then i sliced and froze some of the strawberries we picked yesterday, then i made the strawberry stuff for strawberry shortcake. yum! now i think i'm gonna eat lunch and watch harry potter and the goblet of fire bc i finally finished the book. i now have a little less than 3 weeks to finish book 5 before the movie! speaking of movie, i think nicole, findlay, and i are going to go to the midnight showing of it in roch. fun!
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! and we are going to another brewers game on sunday!!!! SO excited! and it's bill hall bobblehead day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
