Why did I have to trade quiet downstairs neighbors for people who play their music too loud?  (Not when I'm sleeping, thankfully, and if I turn on the TV, then I won't hear it anymore, but still...)

That really sucks. D: A lot. Ffff. I have to turn on the fan at night to be able to block out people in the neighborhood, so I feel your pain.
