For anyone who follows D.Gray-man in scans:  Is it just me, or is the art becoming rougher and rougher in recent chapters?  I swear, some of the panels in this week's chapter looked more like rough sketches  than anything else.  There was one thing of Kanda that looked more like a black blob than anything else.

I don't follow the title, but are these scans fresh out of a monthly magazine? You see that sort of thing with the Saiyuki/Saiyuki Gaiden scans that are straight out of Zero-Sum; they'll publish stuff where several panels are still just in pencils, but they're all inked and polished by the time they get to the tankoubon publication.

Hmm...I think it's out of weekly shounen jump.

That is possible, though I've noticed it only started the last 5-6 chapters, and the chapters themselves have been getting shorter, too. I hope it gets polished by the time it makes it into a tankoubon, and esp. stateside.

Hmm...I am now reminded that I was going to do a Kanda hairporn post for you, but I think I deleted the manga from my computer.

I hope it gets cleaned up. I'm not sure I would have noticed as much, if it weren't a case of it having had that problem for a little while now, and just being worse the last few chapters. I swear, Kanada's almost been sporting a lantern jaw lately.
