 Not long ago, someone linked me to a website listing basically every manga ever and whether or not it was being scanslated, and by who(and I think it linked to their websites, too.)  But I can't remember what post it was in, and I'm not even sure who linked me(ok, I think I can narrow it down to about 5 possible people...)

Yup, that's it. Naturally, the series i was looking for aren't being scanslated(though I realize now that raws or other languages would also work for icons and pimp posts...)
