12 Monkeys: Time really loves the ladies
So, last week, we learned that Time, for all intents and purposes, loves Jones the mostest, but also loves her to be a certain way, and will do everything in its not-inconsiderable power to keep her that way, at least until she reaches a certain point.
This week, Cassie realizes that while time might not actually love her the mostest, it is also determined to keep her alive (even if only to make sure Jones ends up the way Time wants her) and she flings off her mask because she knows time won't let her die, freaking out Ramse and bringing a tiny bit of his mother hen tendencies out to play. (I actually think Cassie IS immune and future!Cassie died of something else, if she even still dies like that in the new timeline, but I lso think she's right about Time not letting her die, and a Cassie who knows she won't be allowed to die has frightening possibilities.)
Then there's Jennifer, who appears to be sacred to time in a way the other primaries aren't (presumably not just because she's the only one who's a main character) though we still have a lot to learn there.
Also, hi, Catania from The Shannara Chronicles. I really hope your there show getting renewed does mean you die in either show.
