Was this the midseason finale? It felt like one.
So, uhm, Luisa's mother being Mutter will probably mean Luisa getting more plot, doesn't this mean that her mother had her kidnapped, and presumably signed off on her being beaten?
I kept hoping Nadine's death was a fakeout, but nope. They just...offhandedly killed their last black character to give Michael extra angst.
That love triangle has gotten so messy that I don't know how they can fix it on either side. I dislike that Rafael is apparently wrong for turning Michael in period ( though not as much as Nadine being painted as being in the wrong for turning him in for his OTHER wrongdoings last season, when protecting him would have cost her her own job) but I also really dislike the bribery part. Sigh.
The whole babysitter saga made me wonder if they just forgot that Jane has babysitter aged stepsisters. Exstepsisters. Whatever. Or do people no longer consider teenaged relatives for babysitting jobs?
Poor Petra can't get a break this season.
