Apparently it's for real, but there's also been a lot of negative backlash, so they might try to find a way out of it if they can get Taraji Henson to come back.
I doubt they'll do that. Henson doesn't strike me as a look-back sort of person, and Nolan and Plageman are congratulating themselves for their 'edgy' writing, so...
UGH. It was the worst episode. "Many Happy Returns" finally beaten for that title.
yeah, the selfcongratulating is probably the worst part. I wonder if there's anyone actually praising them? From what i've seen, even the Carter haters/people who don't care she died are saying it was pretty bad.
Last night, I was at least planning to watch the rest of Taraji's episode. Seeing their responses has pretty much killed that.
ETA: Remind me which ep was "Many Happy Returns"? i'm bad with episode titles.
MHR was episode 1.21, I think. It was the one where Jessica got the 'abusive wife' storyline in service of adding to Reese's already substantial manpain over her death.
We'll see if it's an open or closed casket funeral. If closed, i'll assume that Finch has her hidden away somewhere and hasn't told anyone. But not watch until confirmed.
Yeah, that I could buy. I mean, what with Taylor's father being implied to be dead all along and then suddenly appearing when she needed to put Taylor somewhere safe...
Are you fucking kidding me. If this isn't a fakeout I... I honestly have no idea what I'll do but it won't be pretty.
