1.  Revolution, Arrow, and Elementary have all been picked up for full seasons, and Beauty and the Beast has at least had scripts for more episodes ordered.  Dare I hope that all my new shows will actually make it?  (Probably not.)

2.  I am not spoiler cutting this spoiler for this week's Once Upon A Time, because fandom misogyny doesn't get spoiler ( Read more... )

3. Apparently in November, LJ is automatically turning all friends pages to their default and making friends pages use infinite scroll. Urg.

WHAT? What do you mean turning friends pages to their default?

Infinite scroll? NOOOO. It makes my browser lag so much. I have it turned off in tumblr. They better have an option like that here too.

I'm not sure what their default looks like, but I'm sure I'll prefer the one I actually chose to it. I don't have infinite scroll turned off on tumblr because I'm lazy, but I'm also not a fan of it.

whether or not it's justifiable to murder your wife for saying she never loved you, after she left you years and years before

Rumplestiltskin's wife left him (he was a war deserter, which made them social pariahs and she wanted to leave to start a new life elsewhere but he wouldn't go) and after he got superpowers and essentially became the god of evil, he hunted down the man she ran away with (who became Captain Hook) and she tried to bargain with him for him to leave them alone (after she heard about the whole "god of evil" thing she was smart enough to get something he wanted for that exact purpose) and he asked her if she ever loved him and she hesitated and then said no (probably lying-if nothing else her trying to get him to leave with her implies there was at least fondness at some point) and he literally ripped her heart out then cut off Hook's hand. Fandom, naturally, immediately started talking about how she deserved it only to have some pipe up "uhm, no.." and flame war was a go ( ... )

At our local Halloween park get-together, a little Supergirl won a costume contest. Gave me the warm fuzzies.
