I pretty much did not understand a word of that, but the staging was fascinating. Incidentally, despite not understanding a word, I still kind of got the impression that Percy needed a good smack in the head.

Is Heliabel in this?

Yeah, Percival is is show as...uhm...annoying and not bright, but I think we were meant to see him as improving morethan I thought he did.
