What would you do for the chance to see Kenny Chesney backstage????
Does it make me a bad person to shave my husband and son bald?? I hope not. There is a radio station here in Utah that wants to know what one would do for backstage tickets. I told them that I would shave my husbands head, legs, and chest. My son would get his head shaved as well. I think that it is funny, but now I think that it might be a little mean. I suppose I will find out sooner or later. If I am chosen. I hope I am. It would be soooo funny. Jared said that he would kill me, but that is a small price to pay for backstage tickets. He can kill me after the show. That would be okay.
So, life is getting a little better. I am getting is shape more and more by the day, although the food is becoming less and less tasteful. My grandmother has so generously offered to pay for the whole cruise, minus a small deposit per person, meaning that I can now stop worrying about what I am going to do to pay for the damn thing. My husband has found a job that pays less than his previous one, but there is the possibility for overtime, that can generally make things even out.
My mother is coming to town tomorrow. She is coming down for my sisters baby shower. that will be exciting. My sister is due in August, so she has reached the mean, bitchy, get out of my way or I will kill you stage of her pregnancy. Let's hope the shower goes well.
I have another sister in the Army. She has recently shipped over to Iraq and doesn't seem to be enjoying life. I had the chance to talk with her a bit yesterday online. I was happy to hear from her, and share her thoughts on the behaviors of this family that just aren't normal. How can a family that has been together for so long not talk. We never talk. I don't even think that we all even know each other. Sometimes the small talk between our family unit is unbearable and there is nothing to say to each other. Oh well. Every family has problems I suppose.
Can't do to much complaining though, it is Thursday.........that means that tomorrow is Friday!!!
