Grilled Cheese
Kennedys sleeping, my dad is making me a grilled cheese.. and here I am on the computer.. I was checking to see the weather for NC.. we are leaving tonight to go stay there for the weekend. I cant wait, we are gonna have a blast.
Oh and the house.. oh it looks just beautiful inside. All of our stuff goes so great. There still is some things to do, like the guest room, we are getting baseboards put in it so i have to wait till that is done before I can decorate. And our bedroom.. we are putting off on getting new bedroom furniture until we save up some more money. So for now we have the guest room furniture. The family room and the office are about the only rooms completely done. Kennedys room is coming along.. just waiting to put the picket fence on the wall and then my mom is going to paint the sunflowers and ladybugs. Her crib is the most gorgeous thing you have ever seen.. and it should be since it cost an arm and a leg!
We really love our house though. It is so much more spacious than an old apartment.. adn the best part is, we own it!
Life has been so hectic the past few months.. it is finally starting to slow down.. thank god.. too much stress = not happy! Me and Shawn were at eachothers throats.. but everthing is going wonderfully now though.. and this trip to NC will be great, we need the vacation. And.. we deserve it!
Kennedy is just precious. I think she has got to have the best personailty that a baby could have. She is the happiest lil thing, always smiling, always laughing. Her cousin Taylor is doing good too.. she is finally getting out of that newborn stage and devoloping a personaility.. I cant wait till they start to play together.
Thank goodness for Heaven.. my brother gets a front row seat. I do miss him.. it never seems real.. I keep thinking he will come back.. just like he is out of town or soemthing.. its the weirdest feeling..
