While Im here..
I never got to write about my birthday. At least my parents were civil for that.
My mom, dad, my Shawn and Me all went out to Kobe steak house. God that place is so darn good. Especially that white sauce... mmmm..
well just toward the end when i thought i was in the clear. I hear the loud "BONG, BONG" .. here come the birthday people. Oh God it was TOO funny. I was so emmbarrased. They put this tall chef hat on my head, sang, and then the best part took a picture of me and my family. It came out really good so I was happy about that! Oh and we got a cake it was really good.
(and after eating ALL that Shawn took me to Berns for dessert.. yummmm that place is great even when you are already full to the core!)
After that we came home and of course Shawn had MORE gifts for me! Sometimes it just blows me away what he does for me.
He got me a cowboy charm that I wanted for my watch braclet to sybmbolize him.. a months tanning to Eletric Beach that I had mentioned a while ago (I cannot believe he remembers the little things!) and work-out clothes because he knows i just got my gym membership back! HOW SWEET! HOWEVER.. I told him that I wanna take back the clothes so we can put the money in the "Megan and Shawn move-out fund" lol So thats what we are gonna do today.
Oh and then yesterday - oh my poor baby had to work ALLLL day again on a damn Sat. - he gave me the present from his mom and dad!! I was like OH MY GOSH THIS IS TOO MUCH!! They got me a gift certificate to Carabbas and two reserved seats to the Lonestar concert at the Strawberry fesival! I just cant get over it what an awesome gift!!!! I love them so much :)
THEN... Linda says.. "oh and Nanny got you something too shes upset cause I gave you mine already and she didnt get to give hers to you yet!" lol so I have another thing coming too!
I swear I couldnt ask for a a better "family-in-law" :D
Oh and of course.. my parents.. they took us out to dinner and got me a Gift Certificate to TJ MAXX.. So that was very sweet.. plus they are paying my car insurance on last time so I can get back on my feet with money.
PLUS.. lol.. (and it goes on) Nash got me something too!! So Im gonna have to meet up with her sometime. We were gonna go hang out with her last night, but Shawn was so tired and hes getting sick. He just needs one damn good night of rest and I think he'll be back on his feet. Bt he just refuses to.
NASH - we might come by your work today because all this week I am SUPER busy.. every damn day I am working.. so Ill call you in a bit a bout that.
Oh and LAST.. the highlight of the day of my birthday..
I am not going to get into the whole story... but..
I said "I love you, Adam" to my brother.. and he said "Thanks Megan, I love you too"
God. That meant the world to me to hear that. That is the first time in our lives that he has said it to me. So you better believe it brought me to tears. If all of this seperation of my parents brings my brother and I closer.. then hey it is worth it to me.
Well.. I am gonna go get ready to be with shawn. We are gonna go to the mall, sports authority, movies, to see ashley, and eat with his family.
