Well, the first one was held in Birmingham, but those name looks distinctively Finnish to me. :-)

The concept was thought up in Helsinki, according to the website you pointed to.

Oh that's inspired isn't it :) There's a Birmingham one too but they're absolutely rubbish by comparison; trust the Finns to do barking mad musical ideas far better than we can :)
