Thanks to the efforts of various people, including rustica, my company is almost certainly spending the 7th of July in Oxford subject to being able to book a room for the day with 100 people. After calling some colleges, the Lincoln conference lady (who used to work in TH) gave me a wonderful phone number - Conference Oxford, 01865 276190. They are going to take my requirements and email all the colleges with them, and I'll hear back individually from each.

That is a really good idea.
