Neverwinter Nights geeking

Been playing with various race/class combinations, and found three which seem particularly disgusting:

Monk(big levels)/Sorcerer(small - even 1)/Red Dragon Disciple - insane combat machine who can read mage scrolls and use wands etc.

Monk/Druid (equal levels)/Dwarven Defender (small levels) - good hit points and BAB, decent spellcasting/buffs, can use all armour and weapons (if he really wants to), huge AC, decent animal companion, defensive stance, and most of all (once at epic levels) Dragon Form. Imagine that with Flurry of Blows and Stoneskin... Tried a Shifter instead of the DD third class but it didn't really float my boat, especially given that they don't increase in spellcasting ability.

Cleric/Champion of Torm/Weapon Master - Paladins: pfffft! Low skill points but does it matter given the sheer melee power and buffability? And double prestige class - shiny!

I have to try Rogue/Weapon Master/Shadowdancer and Monk/Wizard/Pale Master, I think.

A note for monks who don't want to wear gloves and do want to buff their weapons to do StupidThings(tm):
Fighting with a kama in the main hand and a something else in the off keeps the monk speed, BAB bonuses and attacks - so I tend to use a boosted kama+4 and Enserric (as a shortsword) in the off hand.
