If he had had a 'normal' life...
Just curious, and a random discussion, what if in an AU senario, Megamind instead ended up in the place of a rather normal family- not the Scotts and their crazy wealth/ lack of appropriate attention, not the prison, but just a normal place and family (heck maybe even a sibling to boot), and he never became a supervillian. A regular family which loved and cared for him. He went to a regular school, and maybe made the odd true friend or two even. More or less a regular life while having some bumps along the way because of his odd appearance, but nothing that dire.
(Sorry if this sounds dull I'm just curious, lol).
What would he have as a job in this semi-normal life? Would Minion have one too?
What profession would Megamind have I wonder?
For some reason I think back as some-one in secondary school/a high school student I'd have LOVED to have Megamind as a science teacher but maybe bad experiences might mean he'd hesitate to go for such a thing. But for some reason I love that idea anyway. It amuses me.
But where would he be I wonder? Annoyed in some office somewhere like in cgaussie's excellent AU fic? A mechanic? A computer technician? A nuclear physicist? A rocket scientist? Heck, something artistic? And once again what about Minion?
Mmmm... maybe he could help run a coffee shop! Minion could bake items to consume for customers, or maybe in an actual bakery. (Okay, random, but whatever! XD)
Could be anything, actually maybe we should suggest different jobs for either or them. Of course it could also depend on how lucky they struck out.
