A Thought and a Plotbunny
I know there's been a lot on Roxanne and Megamind as a romantic couple, but does anyone else beside me think that Megamind and Roxanne would make a wonderful crimefighting team as well? They both have courage and persistance, but apart from that their separate skills sets complement each other perfectly. He's a technical wizz, she has snoopy investigative reporter skills, he is good at improvisation, she has people skills...
And the plot bunny. I'm not sure I'll ever get this to cohere enough to write it myself, so I thought I'd open it to the community here. What if ... Roxanne suspects something nefarious is going down at the Scott Corporation. (Yes, of course there would be a Scott Corporation!) She breaks into their head office to rifle their files, only to be caught in the act by ... Megamind. This would work equally well as a pre- or post- movie fic.
