Backup your stuff!
Hey, word is going around that fanfiction.net is going under. This is also a good time to mention that we have a LOT of fanfiction that is only here on LiveJournal, hidden away. You need to be backing this stuff up, and NOW.
PLEASE, I ABSOLUTELY URGE YOU, post your old work to AO3! We really need to start transferring our work there, because eventually these sites will sadly fade into obscurity and take a literal lifetime's worth of work with it. I cannot stress enough the risk of lost media, and how badly these sites collapsing will impact fandoms in general.
I highly recommend also getting a personal google drive set up, they're free, and you can make backup documents of your work. You can backup your art. You should.
If you have lost access to your personal account and need help getting to your work because it's behind a lock, I will gladly help you!
