8 Old Unfinished Sketches
The last time I posted, when I said I had posted all of the MM fanart I had done - I had forgotten about these poor, unfinished sketches. If I had any intention of finishing these, it's long go haha, and if I do ever return to any of these ideas I'll simply start over.
I think I drew this around the time I made the references for Minion's robot suits, I planned on making a huge reference for Brainbots. This is as far as I got x'D
I drew these after I made my two huge Minion Anatomy studies, experimenting with what a female in Minion's species might look like. I may have intended to do more, and experiment with colors as well.
I started on this one after I drew the sketch that went a long with my one-shot, "Purpose Driven Minion". It's supposed to be Minion still in his egg as an infant, with a yolk sac.
This was going to be a colored image of my interpretation of a giant Minion fish as described in Phantom77/Studymaniac's fic "This Caped Cabaret."
I think this was going to end up was Metroman looking out at a setting sun on top of a skyscraper or something, but I never came back to it saddly, and looking at it now I don't even like it anymore x'P Sorry Metz. I almost made an art for you. Oh, and in the finished version, he was going to be clothed.
I don't know what to say about this one. I just felt like drawing Megamind as some kind of owl??
Megamind as a fallen angle kind of thing? This is the newest sketch in this post, it's not very old. I was trying to make the wings double as a cape when folded, all tattered and frayed, with feathers sticking up at their base to act as his high color. And then their's Minion floating with halos. I don't know what inspired this. It kind of screams anime though.
Oldest sketch here. Almost finished it, it was going to go with the song "Rolling in the Deep" by Adel.
That's all! Now you've officially seen every MM fanart I've ever put on my computer. If I make anything new I promise to post it here before anywhere else. Now I can start to put all of my MM fanart on tumblr.
