Maybe, inspiration-wise, maybe try some new scenery? I was at a flea market today and one of the shops inspired me for a scene.
What are you having trouble in? Is it a particular scene? What I find helps is writing out in chunks. Like, say, I am having trouble with this one scene. I'll just leave it alone and write out other scenes and then eventually, I'll be able to write out that one troublesome part out no problem. It's like a puzzle.
If you need any help I'll be happy to offer any insight if you're interested. Just send me a pm.
From more recently writing very lengthy 8,000 to +10,000 word chapters I have found it helpful to break things up into shorter chapters and try to nail down scene by scene what is going to go into each mini-chapter.
Right now my biggest problem is just motivation and inspiration is lacking. When I get this back and start to write I should start to get a better sense of where the problem areas are in my story.
I don't write a lot of smutty, sexy stuff and although this isn't going to contain anything really graphic or explicit it still is kind of hard--for me anyway.
I have a few ideas in my head so I think it is mostly getting it out of my brain into a word document and piecing everything together.
I'll send you a link to what I have written so far.
I haven't written a lot lately. I think I have all these ideas: mostly fanfic (why hello there Avatar: TLA) but also this fantasy original story I have but when I look at my old stuff and even sometimes as I write I just -cringe-. I've filled a couple of things on an Avatar meme and have a Sulley one-shot from Monsters Inc as he searches for Randall on my livejournal but that's it. Most of my old fanfics make me facepalm right now and I'm almost thinking of scrapping them all bar one or two one-shots. Oh and a long time dormant Avatar Zukaang tease fic I was just writing for laughs anyway
( ... )
I kinda of feel that way about the first two Megamind fanfics that I wrote, but with some practice and reading other people's fanfics I think I've come quite a long way.
It's a learning experience.
As for the multiple plot bunnies, but not enough confidence and skill. Pick one idea and try to stick with it.

Sometimes taking a break from your current project and working on other stuff can help bring inspiration back for that big one.
But yeah, I'd be more than happy to read what'd you've written! :D
