Just a little something to prove I'm still alive... XD
Ollo, all! I know, I know... It's been an eternity since I've made a post on here... *Dodges thrown tomatoes* I'm sorry, I'm sorry!!! *Laughs* OK, seriously though, this final mod in college absolutely killed me. I had no time for anything... Other than my class projects, of course. XP Neytiri came out AWESOME though!!! I'm SO proud of her, and as soon as I get around to rendering out some turntables into a video I'll be happy to share her with you guys if anyone's interested! (Thin blue aliens = WIN!!! ;P) The good news is it's finally OVER!!! (Well, at least at my current college anyway... XD) I've graduated!!! Oh, it's SUCH a relief, I've gotta say, but I'm looking forward to starting work on my BA degree in September which will hopefully get me where I really want to go (DreamWorks here I come!!!). Hopefully classes there won't kill me as much as these ones did, but sadly I can't make any promises... Animation is a harsh mistress, and couple that with my determination to make every project I do as perfect as it can be and be the very best I can be in my chosen field (anything less than a grade of "A" and yes, I'm disappointed XP) and what you get is me with very little time on my hands... XD Ah well. No one said this would be easy, but I'll do my best not to ignore you guys too much (and I apologize in advance if I do!). ;P
Anyway, I can't simply pop in, say hi, and leave you guys completely empty-handed, now can I? ;P So I come bearing a little, uh, fan art, I guess? *Laughs* I didn't really draw it, I know, but I did edit it together... I couldn't help myself. My love for the Mega Man X fandom (and specifically Zero) has recently been making something of a comeback, demanding my attention, and I can't help but wonder what would happen if Megamind suddenly found himself in X's universe, surrounded by reploids--super-advanced robots that can think for themselves, make their own decisions, and feel emotions, that are practically human but not? *Snickers* I can see him causing so much trouble... And his genius becoming a massive help! In any case, the idea's just been obsessing me lately and I may or may not write a fic about it if anyone would be interested in reading it... In the meantime (until I get around to drawing the image stuck in my head that just won't leave me alone), have this edited image of Zero with Megamind! :D The original image had X on the left and Zero on the right, but I just couldn't help myself... Personally I think it came out rather cool (even if Zero's anime-style and Megamind's 3D generated, heh)! Enjoy, and love you guys! <333
