Since Dreamworks is having trouble listening to us, and keeps wanting to blame it on not enough buyers to the point of being condescending... push has become SHOVE.
And when I say SHOVE, I mean, hit 'em where it hurts and play their game. We were nice, we got burned. Bad. If we stay silent and allow it, they win. They want the characters to fade into the background? We won't let them.
The petition below this post is a VERY GOOD IDEA. It spells it out quite clearly that we will not tolerate what has happened, and that it is not okay. We were led to believe there would be more for these characters-- we stood patiently, supported them, and waited-- only to get burned. We loved and praised these characters-- and are being left to handle it ourselves.
I have something in the works already (and if my outside life would stop being an ass, that would speed things up) that you'll hear about soon. So I need you guys to stay strong and stick around.
In the meantime, I'm curious what ideas you guys may have. Since it's up to us right now, we should brainstorm!
I am also curious if Mr. Ed is still lurking, but that seems doubtful.
