Fanfic Challenge? ^.^ Show Megamind some angsty love!
So I'm loving this site- been going through a lot of the fanfiction that's posted here over the last couple days- but I'm been searching and searching for something a little different...
I'm looking for a story that highlights the fact that Megamind is, in fact, an alien. Not that I haven't found stories that do, but i'm looking for something a little more... picky. Not just, "hey, um, can we procreate?" "Not sure, lets check... hmm... yep! Probably!"
Something a little more angsty and serious, and not just about his and hers (or his and his) sex life. Like MM gets ill with something that for a human would be no big deal, or he's kidnapped by crazed scientists (like, as an adult, not per childhood). Alcohol makes him go crazy, (I've read a shortie about citrus being like booze to him, which I found hilarious and cute) or whatever. You know?
Just something to show that he and Roxanne really didn't know what they were getting into; Megamind has so little experience with actually dealing with humans on a one-on-one sense to not even know what a window is or how to answer a phone (barring from what I expect was a week worth of school), that I can't imagine he would have any kind of healthy relationship on the first go of it.
Anyway, I have some other ideas for fanfics (something about the Warden and how he went through the whole raising a villain thing, and another about Earth being invaded- by Megaminds ppl) but I would really love something about the alien bit first.
