Update~
'kay, so I haven't updated in a few days, so here goes:
Tap on Thursday night was fun. I took the back roads in fear of getting lost on the highway again. I will try the highway again... just one day when there's daylight out. XD; Anyway, we were all really hyper at dance, it was fun. <3 I don't know if I mentioned it already or not, but we're dancing to a couple songs from the musical Chicago. Now I just need to get my heeled tap shoes from last year fixed since we're using those this year. It should be a really fun dance. We're even combining with my sister's class for one part~
On Friday I went to church with my family. My sister's religion classes had to go to a special Mass in order to get their books and supplies for their classes, so I tagged along. The parents of most kids there digusted me... it was awful. As soon as the Mass was over, and before the last hymn was done, EVERYONE save a couple families - ie the ones that actually go to church more than twice a year - got up and rushed over to the hall to pick up the stuff for their kids so they could get home as soon as possible. Ugh, I hate people like that. They're trying to give their children a religious education... but what kind of example are they setting by rushing out of the church as fast as they possibly can?
Oh, and Friday before church Kellie and I went to the store. We were both pretty bored in the afternoon... so I asked if she wanted to randomly go the the store and she said sure. XD; So we went and we were walking through the video games and stuff. I wasn't planning on buying anything, honest. But... then we walked by the Nintendo stuff... and the new pretty pink DS was sitting there all by itself... and I had to buy it. XD; So now I actually own a DS. <3 Too bad I have NO money at the moment thanks to that~
Saturday morning I had to work. 8:30 in the morning... wtf was that? x_x; It wasn't that bad though. Getting up at 7:30 was no fun, but the shift wasn't that bad. I wasn't a cashier though... I bagged the whole morning. Ugh. But that's okay. There were way too many baggers on the front end, so I didn't have that much work to do. Too bad that's the only day I worked last week... and I'm not working next week... so I'm going to be so broke...
Oh, and while I was at work, Kellie and my mom went to a funeral. It was Kellie's first funeral too. It was for her friend Kirsten Richmond's father. He passed away on Wednesday from pancreatic cancer or something like that. He had only just recently found out that he even had cancer. It's really sad. Kirsten is only 12 years old. RIP Mr. Richmond. ._.
Yesterday I didn't do much of anything. I woke up around noon. XD I basically just hung around at home and played video games all day. 'Twas fun though. I'm getting pretty good at standard mode on DDR... which is good concidering I've had the game since summer of '04 and I sucked at it terribly until about a month ago. XD; I also played some more KHII on hard mode I'm only up to the Pride Lands though. I'll beat it someday~
And now I have class~~
