Golden Anniversary~
Today we had to go to the surprise 50th anniversary party for my mom's aunt and uncle. I had to get dressed up... I wore a skirt! ><; In the morning, I saw what Kellie was going to wear, and I freaked out. It was the SAME exact color as the one I was wearing. That was just not going to work... so Kellie had to go to the store to get a new shirt. XD;;
I was rushed out of the house as we were about to leave for the party. I was told to be dressed by 4:30... not that we were going to be leaving the house at exactly 4:30. I take things very literally...
We sat at a table with my cousins. <3 We spent most of the night just talking amongst ourselves. We don't really like the family of the people the party was for. ._.; We watched all the little kids dancing on the dance floor. We got to think back to when we were that size... back then we had no shame, so we would dance all crazy-like too. We remembered all the old parties we went to when we were like, 4 and how much fun they were because we were so naive back then. XD
Food was good... but a lot. First there was bread. So I ate that. <3 Ten came some pasta. But it was alfredo fettuchini and Craig was about to cry. XD; He hates that stuff, and was looking forward to REAL pasta... y'know, the kind with sauce. But they did end up giving us real pasta as well, so he was happy again. After we loaded up on pasta, they brought the main course. Salad, veal (eww...), and roasted chicken. <3 Craig had finished eating, and he went through a crisis. XD He couldn't decide if he wanted to eat another piece of chicken or not... he was full, but he wasn't. XD He did end up eating another piece in the end~
After we ate, couples got up to dance. We didn't though. Then Daryll (my mom's cousin) came over and tried to get us to dance. We were all, "No! D:" But he had different ideas... he literally picked Craig up out of his chair and dragged him out to the dance floor. O.o;; It was scary. But Justin and I sat at the table and conversed. Justin was 3/4 asleep for most of the night... he fell asleep with music on and it woke up up really early. XD Later on in the night, Justin got dragged out to dance too. I was told I was safe though. ;D I did get up to take a picture of them though, then I just hung out on the dance floor... without dancing. I laughed so hard when "YMCA" came on. Craig tried to do it, but his jacket prevented him from lifting his arms up enough. Instead of \ it was more like an L. 'Twas funny~
Dessert was good too. The cake was awesome~~
