One last September entry~
Yesterday I worked for the first time in almost two weeks since I somehow ended up with last weekend completely off. I was on the stupid express register that I hate again though, ugh. But work wasn't too bad really. Around 12:30, I was told to shut down for my break. So I did and then I headed off to go grab a muffin to eat since I hadn't eaten all day. But on my way over, one of the supervisors called me asking where I was going. O_o She then said she wanted to do my evaluation quickly. I didn't know I was due for one of those, so it came as a shock. I was so scared. I hate evaluations. They make me so nervous. ><; But all she had to say was really nice things. I was kind of surprised. Not that I expected to get yelled at for anything, but still. All she did was say good things about me, so I just knew I'd be getting a raise at the end of the evaluations. And, sure enough, I did. I got a thirty cent raise, so now I'm up to $8.55 an hour. Yay. ♥
After work, I came home to find my aunt, uncle, and one of my cousins sitting with my grandmother watching TV. Last night's Mass was dedicated to my grandfather, so they came over for that. My other cousin had to work or something, so he wasn't able to come. After church, I had to wait a half an hour for my pizza. By this time I was starving since I had barely eaten all day. My mom tried to call and order the pizza right before church, but the line was busy and she had no other pizza places in her phone. ._. After we ate, Justin, Kellie, and I watched some Mythbusters on TV because we had control of the remote. If Craig had been there, he would have forced us to watch the Yankee game. Eww, sports. ._.
Today I basically just worked. It was alright. Kinda boring though since the store wasn't really busy. When I came home from work, I walked into the living room and was very confused. See, my mom has decided to repaint and somewhat redecorate pretty much every room in our house. Over the summer she redid our dining room. We don't even use that room, so I thought that was a waste. But the next room on her agenda is the living room. So when I came home, I was surprised to see the living room stripped of pretty much everything except the furniture. Normally the room is filled up with junk. XD; But it's so empty now. It's weird. And it'll be really annoying once the living room is off limits due to her painting it and everything. That'll suck. The biggest TV we have upstairs is in there. .___.
