School shopping
I went school shopping today. My mom gave me $160 and she said she'd give me another $40 when she gets it. The plan was to go alone, but my cousins decided to come over, so we all went together. They've never been to Westfarms Mall seeing as they live closer to Manchester, so we decided to go there. It was weird going shopping for clothes with two guys with me. XD It was fun though. I got quite a bit of stuff. Lots of clothes which is good. I needed new clothes pretty badly. In total, I spent around $300. XD;
I ended up getting two pairs of jeans since I need those badly, and a bunch of shirts from American Eagle, Urban Behavior, Gap, and Old Navy. My sister picked most of the stuff out... including the stores I went to. Sadly, she's the one that knows more about clothes and stuff. Is it sad that I get my fashion advice from a 13 year-old? XD
I also picked up a candle from Yankee Candle Co. 'cause the one I have in my room now is almost finished. The new one smells like shortbread cookies. It's so pretty. ♥ I also picked up some air fresheners for my car. When it got broken into last month, they apparently stole the extra one I had, so I needed more. XD I went to Bath and Body Works and got an air freshener refill for my bedroom too. It smells like Japanese cherry blossoms now. ♥ And before we finished shopping, we stopped at Target to get some notebooks. Craig works there now, so we used his 10% discount. It was ten notebooks for $1, so I saved all of... 11 cents. XD
I spent the rest of the night just playing video games with them. It was fun, but I wish the evening had gone better than it did, heh...
