Grades :D

Wow... for the first time in a long time I can finally be satisfied with the grades I got! Ever since freshman year, I've always had one class that I did really bad in and thusly killed my GPA. Well, not this semester. :D

ENG 110 - Freshman Composition: B+
HIST 122 - World Civilization II: A-
MATH 119 - Pre-Calculus w/ Trigonometry: A
SPAN 225 - Intermediate Spanish III: B+

Which makes my GPA a 3.6! <3 I am content~

But that's where the happiness ends. Dance never fails to piss me off. Okay, that's a lie... hip hop is fun. Tap is what gets me. Rant time! I'm sure you're all sick of hearing me whine about dance, so this is the part where you look away. XD; I'm too lazy to put it under a cut so I figure a warning should suffice. Anyway: Now, most classes only have one costume. When I signed up for my classes, I was planning on having to pay for two: one for each class. Makes sense, right? Well nooooo, nothing ever turns out the way I need it to. My brilliant tap teacher decides to make up have TWO costumes for one dance. Goody. <<; Now when we agreed to let her do that, she said one costume would be expensive but the other one would be cheap and easy. AHAHAHAHA. Lies. <<; I got my statement in the mail today showing how much I owe... and let me just say, I am not amused. My hip hop costume costs $84. Okay, I can understand that. Tap costume #1 costs $95... she did say one was going to be expensive because it was from the book of nice costumes, so okay fine. But the second tap costume is what gets me: $70. WTF? In what world is that considered CHEAP? Newsflash... that is not cheap. <<; That's insane. I've already paid the $50 deposit on those three, but besides paying for the remainder of that, I still need to pay for my classes themselves. *sigh* And what bothers me the most about tap is that my teacher is very well aware that I, and another girl in my class, are paying for all this straight from our own pockets. Yet did that deter her from making us go broke? Nuh-uh...
