And Behind Door Number 2...
[While his partner's off and wandering around, X has been trying to clear his head or make some sense of the insanity that occurred not too long ago. What he's come up with so far is pretty minimal, but it amounts to the following:
-Everything you know is wrong
-He doesn't exactly know Zero in the first place for as long as they've thought they'd known each other inside and out
+Which makes it awfully awkward to be around him
=But he wants to start over (maybe? Not clear on that)
-The originals are bound to set him on edge, now
-Still not sure what to do about this whole "somewhere I don't want to be" thing
-Aaaand... that makes the whole "emtpy" feeling that much emptier and damnit, this sucks
But that's to be expected, what with the "enlightenment" factor. And since he's not used to processing that and the rest of the undefined and non-categorized data floating around in his brain, it's left him pretty exhausted. So a very tired puppet is curled up on the couch in the dressing room.

For about ten minutes. And then restlessness hits and he goes to the door, not sure if he should walk out or stay... But he's out in the hall, now. And staring at the door he just closed. Gnawing his lip, he debates for a moment longer and decides it's as good a time as any to just wander around, see if that doesn't help him put more order to his thoughts.
But he's avoiding his partner and all the originals while he's at it.]
