Dear Bellevue Square Management Office,
Thank you for mystery shopping my store and sending me the results. That's v. kind of you. I enjoyed the pleasant words you had about my cashier. However, the comments you left about my sampler - that he did not appear to acknowledge any of the customers walking by - made me scratch my head. How is it that you came and spent several minutes at my store, observed my employees, and somehow failed to notice that my sampler is blind and cannot see the customers walking by?
