This election coverge is a bit interesting. Different networks all with different numbers, sometimes the difference between one network and another is drastic. For a while Fox was holding out, and CBS projected Bush ahead. Then Fox projected Florida and another state for Bush and no one else had. Iowa appears to be verrry close. Yahoo had all states projected about 30 minutes after west coast polls closed. Well anyways i did vote this morning before work. I didnt vote for Kerry, or Bush, I voted Libertarian. Now i know that theres a snoballs chance in hell that the Leibertarian party would even come close. But thats my party of choice. It amazes me the number of people who were voting for Kerry simply because they hate Bush so much. Granted i dont think Bush is so great, but its really immature to make an uneducated vote simply out of spite. Well I suppose its gonna be a while before the true official results are in. Not the projected wins, not the spin, the real honest to god results. Even then things are so close they will be contested and reocounted. I wish that Other parties would get more publicty, it would certainly give the very uneducated John Q. Public something to chew on. It amzes me the number of people who dont know what party canidates are for. Today at work i told several people i voted Libertarian, and they go "oh Ralph Nader". For gods sake i might not be a right wing extremists, but i would never vote for that nut case Nader.
