i want to skip the novaks show tonight. i think i will just cut my losses and forget about it, because there is really too much happening and they already have my $7. i would go to their show if there weren't other bands that i am more interested in seeing, but i'll probably pop by club one to see my mom. it boggles my mind that she is going to a show (the drummer's mom is one of her best friends). my mother has become a different person in the last year, it's mostly a good change and i hope she soon realizes that she is every bit as strong as i keep telling her she is. i'm really proud of her, she has lost almost 70 pounds in the last year and she looks so incredible. after taking care of everyone else for so long, she is finally taking care of herself and it is long overdue.
