heyyyy i got my courses!
the U of T procedure:
every freshman signs up for classes on August 2nd. however, because there are 10000 of us, they assign each frosh a different start time.
i got chosen for the 630 AM start time, eastern time.
this however meant that i had to get up/stay up till 330 am on monday night.
nevertheless, my mum and i had a little party, playing cards and watching tv. and the 330 start time paid off! i got every single course i wanted!
Prehistoric Archaeology 218(anthropology course)
Global Networks 108 (polisci course)
Chinese 100 (i got in with only 9 spots left!)
seminar 199: ideologies and politics in mondern china
first semester: intro to the history and philosophy of science 101(which will probably end up being my major)
second semester: astronomy 200
yay for the required 5 courses!
