Exhaustion and EE Cummings
I am entirely too tired to work or read or live right now... but I think I've been working harder than ever. Unfortunately I rediscovered EE Cummings recently and I can't even enjoy him as I should because I have to beat the sleep everytime I try to read.
In anycase, here is a lovely stanza to wrap your mind around:
here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)
There will be satire to follow. Because EE Cummings was not just a romantic!
