i'm still pissed off that canada beat the US for the gold medal. fuck you america's hat.
that was the best/worst part of the weekend, the hockey matches. HOCKEY! i have hockey fever, and the only cure a puck to the face.
friday night we went out and ate bbq. well, chelsea ate bbq while i feasted on a grilled cheese and hish puppies. man, hush puppies are the best dog-named food item, even better than hot dogs or poodle pops.
saturday chelsea had to go get cpr'd so i did chores - recycling paint, tidying up the yard, eating bojangles, both watching and playing basketball (though not at the same time). that night we watched "public enemies", which was pretty good but too long. let it be stated for the record that marion cotillard is really hot.
sunday, more chores and hockey and multiple visits to lowes buying gravel. i can't believe they want me to pay for something i could easily steal from someone's driveway, but whatever. i used the gravel to make a path. chelsea built a compost pile. burt sat in the backyard chewing on a stick. mouse the cat sat in her window perched and watched us all with a surly look on her face.
