(no subject)
friday night we were laying around the house watching a man vs food marathon and goddamn did it make me hungry for some mexican. we went out and ate mexican for dinner, but it mostly just served to make me miss the taquerias in sf. and then i started daydreaming as to how good a burrito would still taste if i had someone next day air a couple to me...probably wouldn't be worth it really.
the next day errands and all that sorta shit, house cleaning and such. then we went to a "rock and shop" event in durham, a bunch of small crafty folks and saw the local band lonnie walker play. one of my favorite of the newest crop of triangle rock (http://www.myspace.com/lonniewalker). later that night i went to chapel hill to see another band play, the always awesome polvo. they rocked out, though i saw no cocks out. it was the best i've seen them since they reformed.
sunday, more errands including taking titburg to the dog park to romp around. there is this weimaraner that still has it's balls that is often at the park that is just totally in love with our hound. it's pretty entertaining. spent most of the day cleaning house (specifically the shop), watching bad tv and working a puzzle. then i went ot another show - built to spill. as i've seen them a zillion times, i already knew it would be awesome. and it was.
and now i'm tired from two late night shows in a row. the end.
