I debated writing a notice like this, because I hate these things for how weirdly entitled and wanky they sound, but out of courtesy: I've done some pruning of my flist, mainly because it's getting unwieldy, I've been meaning to for a long time, and I guess I'm seeing this as a new start for myself when I begin life as a grad student. If you find yourself not there, it's for one of two, or both, reasons: you hardly update/are a dead journal, or we have little in common any longer, both of which can hardly be helped. People grow apart, fact of life.
