Between searching for his Blues and the other going ons in his world, Rock would take Segno on little trips to the Nexus in an attempt to show him one could be the same person and a different one at the same time. It wasn't exactly what he wanted, but one step at a time. When Segno found his own 'Blues' there, Rock started doubting that bringing him there in the first place was a good idea, but the two became very attached and he didn't have the heart to break that up. Segno was happy, didn't cause any real trouble, and dropped the act of being Rock when it was time to go home. So even if Rock wasn't sure if it was a good thing, he'd let it be.
Segno had only been behaving himself as it got him more trips to the Nexus. Though it had curbed his want to steal, which he was grateful for, more so after he'd been caught trying to take something from Light's lab. Rockman had not been happy about that, especially since he'd been taking a risk and letting his double see the other Wilybots - something that was likely not to happen again because of Segno's actions. What it didn't help, or maybe was even the cause of, was Segno's growing urge for destruction. Luckily, this was only showing up in his choices of TV programming. He was fine simply watching it instead of causing it himself.
Which was what he was doing at the moment - watching things explode as the hero of the movie tried not to get caught in the blast.
