Doing Better

It was a great weekend. Friday night Mark and I hung out with Sean, we ate at the Rock up in Kiyosato, I'd never been there before. Then we watched Eurotrip, because I hadn't seen it. Saturday all I did was go to the gym and bust my ass. And then I went home and cleaned up a bit. Sunday was more of the same, we did a few classes and then I went home and continued to clean. I've got a big box of clothes to get rid of. But I hate taking them to the off-house because they TOTALLY rip you off.

I need to go in to see my supervisor and deal with my plane ticket, but I am hesitant. Last Monday I had my teacher call and finally got the straight answer on why I am getting less money than I should. So, yeah, they've been paying my rent from day one (just the way it is), so they decided in my third year, since I have to pay taxes (and they SHOULD reimburse me), since I've never paid rent, I have to pay taxes. Fine, except that goes against my contract. But whatever, I'm done fighting with them about it. Except this month I got even LESS money than normal because they took out employment insurance. Not happy. So after that phone conversation, I've been hesitant to go in and see my supervisor. I'm not trying to be ungrateful or complain, but no one ever explained that that was what was happening. This is why supervisors NEED to speak English.

Anyway, I leave for America in 4 days and I can't wait. We've got some great things planned for my last few weeks in Japan, I'll clue you in soon.
